4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be outlined in the specific agreement between Flexisum and the Client. Payment terms will be specified in the invoice provided to the Client. Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate and complete information as required for the provision of services. Clients are also responsible for providing any necessary resources or access required to perform the agreed-upon services.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services provided by Flexisum remain the property of Flexisum unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information obtained during the course of the engagement private and not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flexisum will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to the Client will not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

11. Changes to Terms

Flexisum reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
