What Flexisum processes

  • Enquiry details: your name, work email, optional company, selected topic, message, and privacy acknowledgement.
  • Correspondence: information you provide in later email, calls, meetings, proposals, or project conversations.
  • Security information: limited server logs may include an IP address, timestamp, requested page, and browser information. Contact-form rate limiting uses a one-way hash of the IP address for a ten-minute window.

Flexisum does not use this website to build advertising profiles, buy personal data, or sell personal data.

04 / Sharing

Who may receive the data

Data is shared only where needed: with Hostinger for website and email infrastructure, with professional advisers where appropriate, and with public authorities where the law requires it. Flexisum remains responsible for selecting appropriate service providers and limiting their access.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, Flexisum requires a valid transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards under applicable data-protection law.

05 / Retention

How long information is kept

Enquiry and correspondence data is kept only while it remains reasonably necessary to answer the enquiry, evaluate or perform an engagement, maintain a professional record, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation. Client and financial records may be retained longer where Dutch law requires it. The contact-form rate-limit record expires from the active ten-minute window automatically.

When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised where reasonably practicable.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send the request to info@flexisum.com. Flexisum may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity.

You may also raise a concern with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Flexisum does not make decisions about you solely through automated processing.
