What the site uses today
As of 20 July 2026, Flexisum’s public pages do not set cookies and do not load analytics, advertising, personalisation, or social-media tracking technology. Because there are no optional cookies to accept or reject, the site does not display a consent banner.
02 / Necessary operations
Security without a browser cookie
The contact form uses short-lived, server-side rate limiting to prevent abuse. It derives a one-way hash from the submitting IP address and keeps recent submission timestamps within a ten-minute window. This does not place a cookie in your browser.
Hosting and delivery infrastructure may maintain ordinary server and security logs as described in the privacy notice.
03 / Future changes
If optional technology is added
Flexisum will update this notice and, where required, ask for a freely given choice before any non-essential cookie or similar tracking technology is activated. Refusing optional technology will not block the core contact journey.
